Several T20 talents from across the globe have stepped onto the cricket pitch to make the Indian Premier League their own. Some players have already lit the IPL arena on fire in their first season. For example, Ben Stokes joined the T20 tournament in 2017 and wowed the globe with his spectacular exploits.
As the 16th season of the cash-rich tournament approaches, several IPL debutants have the potential to flourish. These cricketers have shown their worth on the field again and again, and all eyes will be on them in the next season of the T20 spectacular.
These are the top three debutants to keep an eye on in the IPL 2023.
Number 1. Joshua Little

Joshua Little was born in the year 2022. At the outset of the innings, he made the ball speak and produced early breakthroughs for his team. The left-arm pacer was also outstanding at the death, unsettling hitters with his variations. Last year, he played in 26 T20Is and took 39 wickets at an economy of 7.58.

Number 2. Harry Brook

Harry Brook is noted for his daring style of cricket, and his swashbuckling stroke play has decimated bowling lineups for fun. The 23-year-old has played 99 T20 games and scored 2432 runs with a strike rate of 148.38.
Brook has also shown his batting prowess on the international stage. In 20 T20Is, he has 372 runs with a strike rate of 137.77. The England batsman was sensational in the Test series against Pakistan, scoring 468 runs in three matches at an astounding average of 93.60.
Brook’s arrival provides firepower to any batting lineup, therefore Sunrisers Hyderabad went hammer and tongs to get him. They eventually signed the Yorkshire native for a hefty Rs 13.25 crore. Harry would be eager to make an impression with the bat in his first IPL season.
Number 3. Cameron Green

Cameron Green’s all-around talents have lit up the world stage. Test cricket has been his happy hunting ground, with 806 runs scored in 18 matches at an average of 35.04 and 23 wickets taken at an average of 29.78. In T20Is, the 23-year-old has smashed 139 runs in eight games at a fantastic strike rate of 173.75 while also taking five wickets.
Green has shown his ability to hit in both the top and middle orders, providing flexibility to the batting order. On the pitch, the right-arm pacer has plagued hitters with the bounce he generates from the surface and given Australia with crucial breakthroughs.
Green is an asset to any team, which is why the Mumbai Indians broke the cash to recruit the great all-rounder at the 2023 player auction. The five-time IPL winners paid an absurd fee of INR 17.5 crore for his services. It would be intriguing to see whether Cameron can justify his high salary in the following season.
