Travis Head is doubtful if he will play in the forthcoming ODIs against Sri Lanka
Travis Head, an Australian batsman, has stated that he is unlikely to be named to Australia’s playing XI against Sri Lanka in an ODI series set to begin in June. After completing three T20Is, the Men in Yellow will face Sri Lanka in a five-match ODI series beginning on June 14.
It should be noted that the brilliant left-handed batter Head has been included in both the ODI squad and the Australia A team, which will play many one-day and first-class matches in Sri Lanka. Head aims to have more chances to represent the national team and make a case for himself.
Even after doing well against Pakistan and on the local circuit recently, the left-handed hitter revealed his anger and labeled himself ‘unfortunate.’ Head has played 45 One-Day Internationals and scored 1463 runs in the 50-over format.
