Prithvi Shaw purchases a luxury condominium in Mumbai’s Bandra district for INR 10.5 crore
Following in the footsteps of MS Dhoni, Virat Kohli, Rohit Sharma, and others, another cricketer has decided to invest in real estate in Mumbai. That happens to be Prithvi Shaw, one of the country’s rising batting prospects. While the teenager has not played for India in a long time, he does compete in domestic events and the IPL.
Meanwhile, the 2018 ICC U19 World Cup-winning captain is making smart investments with the money he is earning at such a young age. Shaw is said to have purchased an apartment in Mumbai’s Bandra, which is also known as the ‘Queen of Suburbs’ and is home to many well-known celebrities from both nations.
According to sources, the 22-year-old paid a whopping INR 10.5 crore for a premium residential property in Bandra reclamation. Pyramid Developers and Ultra Lifespace are the developers of the property.
Shaw was one of the Delhi Capitals’ obligatory retainers for the current IPL 2022 season. For this season, he has been offered INR 7.5 crore. Despite this, the teenager has been inconsistent, scoring 259 runs from nine matches at an average of 28.78 and a strike rate of 159.88, including two half-centuries with the best score of 61.
The aspiring cricketer will now be looking forward to making the most of his remaining possibilities. On May 5, DC will face Sunrisers Hyderabad in Mumbai’s Brabourne Stadium.
