Natarajan appears to be fully confident of being selected for the 2022 T20 World Cup
The IPL 2022 season is off to a rousing start, with numerous players working hard to elevate their game to the next level. In a similar vein, one bowler who has managed to impress Sunil Gavaskar is SRH pacer T Natarajan. Natarajan, who is presently second in the battle for the Purple Cap, has been putting in some excellent efforts for his squad recently.
Even in SRH’s most recent game against RCB, Orange Army’s bowlers stunned Faf du Plessis and his team, allowing them to win by 68 runs. While Marco Jansen wrecked havoc in his first over, it was Natarajan who took three wickets to disrupt RCB’s middle and lower order while allowing only 10 runs. Gavaskar claimed that given the way the left-arm pacer is performing, he will undoubtedly be considered for selection for the World Cup.
Natarajan, according to the renowned Indian cricketer, was unable to offer his best game last year due to injury concerns and other factors. His comeback, on the other hand, appears to be incredibly promising, and he would leave no stone unturned in order to catch the flight for Australia, which is the 2022 T20 WC.
