Suryakumar Yadav joins the Mumbai Indians camp ahead of the showdown with the Rajasthan Royals

Suryakumar Yadav has joined the Mumbai Indians (MI) camp ahead of their IPL 2022 encounter against the Rajasthan Royals (RR) on 2nd April 2022 in Mumbai. Yadav has fully recovered from the finger injury that forced him to miss MI’s opener.

MI stated that Yadav has been released from his necessary quarantine and has joined up in a training session with the team. Yadav worked alongside Kieron Pollard, Jasprit Bumrah, and youngster Ishan Kishan during his training sessions.

The Mumbai Indians (MI) were defeated by the Delhi Capitals (DC) in their IPL 2022 opener. Despite the fact that the Rohit Sharma-led side made a competitive score of 177/5, the Capitals chased the target successfully with four wickets in hand. Mumbai Indians conceded a large number of runs in their opening rubber’s death overs.

England pacer Tymal Mills, who will be a member of the Mumbai Indians’ (MI) squad for the IPL’s 2022 season, remarked that death bowling is a mental game. Mills argued that a bowler should desire to bowl at the death because that is when the pressure is greatest.

The Mumbai Indians (MI) are the most successful franchise in the IPL, having won the tournament five times in a row. All of their victories have come under Rohit Sharma’s leadership.
