India U19 vs England U19 World Cup Finals Dream11 Predictions, Lineups and more

We are all set to witness the finals of the Under 19 World Cup, and after weeks of grueling matches and challenges outside the pitch, the India U19 side will take on the England U19 side to decide who is ultimately the best Under 19 side in the world. The two teams have been absolutely on song the whole tournament and it will be very interesting to see who comes out on top when the dust settles.

The India U19 side did face challenges in the form of COVID infections to some of their main players, including captain Yash Dhull, but fortunately, the squad was able to come out of this phase, and in the semi-finals against Australia U19, the team came together as an unstoppable force and won a comprehensive 96 run victory against the Aussies, who were looking to be a major challenge. This is the fourth time that an Indian U19 team has reached the finals of the tournament and they will be looking to get their hands on the trophy once again.

The England U19 outplayed Afghanistan U19 by 15 runs (D/L method) in the Semi-Finals to cement their spot in the Finals. While their road to the finals seems to have been a bit easier than the Indians, the three lions have been absolutely on top of their game throughout the tournament and they will be very difficult to beat.

The Final is scheduled to take place on the 5th of February, 2022 at Sir Vivian Richards Stadium, North Sound, Antigua

The India U19 captain has been an absolute star for his side and has also earned the reputation for being a big-game player. He was hit by the virus but made an incredible comeback to score an incredible 110 runs innings against the Australia U19 side in the semi-finals. The 16-year old is an absolute rockstar and a guaranteed star in the making. He has been incredible for the India U19 side, having scored 278 runs in the five games, and has 2 wickets to his name as well. He will be looking to make his mark by helping his team to win the World Cup.

Tom Prest

The second-highest run-scorer in the tournament will be a key presence in the England U19 side and his contribution will be key in their attempt to lift the World Cup. So far he has scored 292 runs in five games and we expect him to smash some more in the finals.

Jacob Bethell

He has been one of our favorite All-Rounders in the tournament and the reason he deserves to be picked in your fantasy lineup is the fact that he can be dangerous with the bat and ball. Most All-Rounders favor one of the two, but Jacob can do it all. So far in the tournament, he has scored a respectable 203 runs from five games and he also has five wickets to his name.
